The site will have 36 holes of dinosaur themed adventure golf, 55 premium entertainment driving range bays with augmented reality games, a 9 hole synthetic beginners golf course, and a café. We are seeking Chef’s to join the team, including a Head Chef and Sous Chefs.. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will be required to assist in running the kitchen and delivering exceptional food quality. Being part of a team of Chef’s, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional standards are being delivered at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking a ‘hands on’ role in the production of menu items during service.
- Working on the ‘front line’ and manage the prep production.
- Ensuring the quality of the food production and presentation is maintained to company standard.
- Working in a safe manner, with due diligence towards yourself, colleagues, customers and general public at all times.
The successful Person will:
- Have previous experience in a busy faced paced kitchen.
- Be a strong communicator.
- Have exceptional planning & organisational skills.
- Be a strong team player.
